I´m dyeing my hair red couple of months.. and I like it. But I love more natural red hair, freckles, curly hair, etc. I want to continue dyeing but I fell bad because its not my natural color and.. I think that you, natural redheads, dont like when people dye their hair to red because they werent gifted or they didnt experience troubles with them.. its true?

katiedreamsincolour said: i usually dont mind dyed reds. i dye mine a different shade of “red” (light auburn naturally highlighted/dyed to rusty orange) because i like it better. but to me natural red is always prettier.

The only thing that I really have to say about it is that you probably won’t have the many different colors that redheads of any shade have naturally, not through a dye. You may get up to three, as I’ve seen that on hair color boxes, but there’s more that’d you’d see in a natural redhead.  I can’t speak for anyone else, but why would I have a problem or not like it when someone dyes their hair red? It’s your hair! Have fun with it! And I love being a redhead, so if you want to be too, that’s great!

<3 Love when people see the beauty in red hair <3 Thanks so much for writing!!! Personally, I love it when people like red enough to choose it for themselves. But since I can’t speak for other natural redheads, I’ve asked this question before: What do other redheads think about it? I’d like to hear more comments on this…
